Certificate II in Applied Fashion Design and Technology

This qualification aims to give students an introductory overview of fashion design. Items to be produced may include a single or small range of garments.

Entry Requirements:

No minimum education

Structure:

4 core units plus 9 electives.

Subjects you can Study:

Core: Participate in environmentally sustainable work practices; Work safely; Apply quality standards; Draw and interpret a basic sketch. Electives: Use a sewing machine; Sew components; Block and shape millinery by hand; Perform minor maintenance; Work safely with chemicals in TCF operations; plus more.

Further information:

Students wishing to access WorkReady funding will be required to demonstrate satisfactory reading, writing and numeracy skills as part of course counselling before enrolling.
