Standard entry requirements

ENTRY REQUIREMENTSThis course requires you to have a vocational qualification or vocational background in the area you intend to teach in after graduating from the course. You must also have three years current industry experience in the industry you wish to teach in. Your application must include a 500 word personal statement regarding your motivation to work in the vocational training sector, plus a short CV outlining your industry currency and experience.Based on your application, you may be invited to a pre-admission interview, which may be by phone.Applicants should note that they must have access to a suitable workplace or organisation to undertake the 50 hours of work placement required to complete the course. The Course Coordinator will provide advice on the suitability of the proposed workplace and will provide assistance if a workplace is not available.INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTSThis course is not registered with CRICOS and is therefore not available for enrolment by students holding an international student visa. Offshore students are eligible to apply for entry into this course and should contact the course coordinator.
