TAFE NSW

This qualification is part of the Screen and Media Training Package. It is designed for people who want to expand their knowledge of the digital landscape and in areas such as animation, visual effects and online media. Streams allow students to specialise as an information architect, instructional designer or interactive media developer.

Structure:

16 units: 5 core; 6 specialist; 5 elective

Subjects you can Study:

Core: Make a presentation; Collaborate in a creative process; Establish networks; Manage projects; Ensure a safe workplace. Specialist: Create 3D digital environments; Design animation and digital visual effects; Coordinate the testing of interactive media products; Design web environments; Design interaction; Interpret and respond to a design brief; Develop and evaluate e-learning resources; plus more and electives.
