TAFE NSW

This qualification is part of the Beauty Training Package. It provides participants with the skills and knowledge to coordinating the day-to-day operation of the business and for planning, monitoring and evaluating the work of the team in any type of personal service business including hairdressing or beauty salons, barber shops and spas.

No minimum education

Structure:

10 units: 7 core; 3 elective

Subjects you can Study:

Core: Review human resource functions; Manage recruitment selection and induction processes; Develop workplace policy and procedures for sustainability; Lead teams in a personal services environment; Manage treatment services and sales delivery; Promote a personal services business; Provide a safe work environment. Elective: Manage compliance with franchisee obligations and legislative requirements; Manage people performance; Plan small business finances; plus more.
