This qualification is part of the Textiles, Clothing and Footwear Training Package. It is intended for assistant design and product development roles in the fashion industry, as well as assistant roles associated with managing fashion product as part of a fashion enterprise. It provides skills and knowledge in design and product development, as well as technical production skills to support management and fashion businesses.

Year 12 or equivalent.


35 units: 9 core; 26 elective
