TAFE Queensland East Coast

This qualification is part of the Creative Arts and Culture Training Package. It reflects the role of individuals developing a range of visual art skills who take responsibility for own outputs in work and learning. Practice at this level is underpinned by application of introductory art theory and history.

Entry Requirements:

Year 10 or equivalent


12 units: 4 core; 8 elective

Electives: Participate in collaborative creative projects; Select and prepare creative work for exhibition; Produce wood objects; Plan a career in the creative arts industry; Produce digital images; Produce jewellery; Produce textile work; Produce paintings; plus more.
