This course is designed for people who require reading, writing and numeracy skills, science and/or humanities skills and knowledge for continued engagement in further education, knowledge to progress to a Year 12 equivalent qualification skills and knowledge to apply for entry to the Australian Defence Force at trade level. This course is also recognised by many employers as an alternative to the completion of Year 10.

No minimum education. Literacy and numeracy skills will be assessed prior to entry to the course.
