This course aims to provide a balanced program of training for overseas-born adult migrants for whom English is a second language. The course will help students to improve their access to the Australian society and community, and to the employment and training market. There are no particular jobs related to these qualifications. However, an adequate command of the English language is a prerequisite for most jobs in an Australian employment context.
