Core: Manage staff; Diagnose plant health problems; Develop a grape production plan; Monitor and manage soils for production. Electives: Plan and manage long-term weed, pest or disease control in crops; Manage a wine making process; Develop and implement sustainable land use strategies; Implement a machinery management system; Evaluate wine; plus more.

Students wishing to access VET Student Loans are required to demonstrate satisfactory reading, writing and numeracy skills, or provide evidence of successful completion of SACE Stage 2 or equivalent Australian Year 12 certificate, or completion of Certificate IV or above, as part of course counselling before enrolling.
