Completion of Year 10 with an average level of 3.5 or C grades in each of four learning areas or equivalent

20 units: 17 core; 3 elective

Electives: Prepare food products using basic cooking methods; Plan and schedule production for retail bakery; Deliver and monitor a service to customers; Store, handle and use frozen dough; plus more.
