Core: Contribute to WHS processes; Manage honey bee swarms; Remove a honey crop from a hive; Extract honey; Manage pests and disease within a honey bee colony; Comply with industry quality assurance requirements; Use a bee smoker; Open and reassemble a beehive; Re-queen a honey colony; Select and establish an apiary site; plus more. Electives: Collect and store propolis; Produce and harvest royal jelly; Trap and store pollen; Rear queen bees; plus more.
