2-year degree: A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline. 1.5-year degree: A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in education, or A graduate certificate or graduate diploma in education (or equivalent), or A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in any discipline, plus 2 years full-time equivalent relevant work experience.
