A Graduate Certificate of Global Project Management provides fundamental knowledge and skills in managing contemporary projects with a range of stakeholders. It provides a grounding in specialised project management plans, Agile project management style and how to address business concerns on a global, multicultural scale. This flexible course comprises two core project management units and any two elective units from the Master of Global Project Management or the MBA, allowing you to tailor your study towards your career goals. Structure

This course comprises two core project management units and two elective units. You’ll choose your elective units from the Master of Global Project Management or the MBA, giving you the flexibility to tailor your study. Each subject involves 10 hours of study per week, comprising three hours of facilitated study and seven hours self-directed study.

Entry requirements

Successful completion of a Bachelor’s degree (AQF Level 7) OR students without formal qualifications are eligible to apply for entry to the Graduate Certificate of Global Project Management if they have three years of relevant work experience. Applications will be assessed on a case by case basis.
