Master of Public Health (Advanced)

The Master of Public Health (Advanced) builds upon existing knowledge and skills to better equip health professionals in addressing public health issues. The course places an emphasis on the social determinants of health and prepares you to address inequalities for the most vulnerable populations in Australia and across the globe. This degree gives professionals from a broad range of health backgrounds the advanced knowledge and skills to address public health challenges locally and around the world. You’ll enhance your understanding of current global and environmental health issues, ethical practice, health policy, systems and economics, along with social, behavioural and cultural determinants of health and welfare.   • AQF Level 7 (Bachelor degree) or above OR Combination of formal (below AQF7) or non-formal qualifications and seven years of relevant experience in a health professional role.
