This course has been designed to equip you with a holistic understanding of the fast-paced industry and the practical skills required to own your own restaurant. You will learn how to coordinate the day-to-day activities of the restaurant while also being responsible for the strategic planning, marketing and development of the business. OR Successful completion of a Vocational qualification (AQF Level 4), or above. OR Work and Life Experience Entry.
