Electives should reflect the responsibilities of the individual and the job skills required for effective performance.

Students must be employed in or contracted to a public sector organisation.


15 units: 9 core; 6 elective

Elective: Gather and analyse information; Use resources to achieve work unit goals; Use advanced workplace communication strategies; plus more.

Applicants must possess Australian Core Skills Framework levels of at least 3 across reading, writing, learning, oral communication, and numeracy skills to successfully complete this program. Students who do not possess these skills to the level required will be enrolled in additional subjects to build the required skills.
