The Bachelor of Business (Management) will position students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary to embark on a career in one of the core disciplines of business. This course will provide managers, and those who will become managers, with a broad and coherent theoretical and technical knowledge in a range of core areas of business, combined with the necessary skills to be effective in the changing context of work, organisations and business. The management major provides graduates with a strong foundation of the principles and conceptual frameworks that are used in academia and practice with an emphasis on practical applications. Graduates will have the cognitive, technical and communication skills to be able to analyse, review and explore business problems to provide innovative solutions for private, public and not for profit enterprises.

Year 12 or equivalent. English Language Requirements: An overall Academic IELTS of 6.0 or equivalent, with no band score below 6.0.

Students may also choose from a wide range of elective breadth majors.

High performing students may be eligible for entry into the Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) course.
