This program explores the principles, knowledge and skills required to prepare graduates to enter design and interior architecture fields and to fulfil personal, professional and community objectives. The course aims to prepare graduates for the diverse sectors of the profession including living, working, social and service space design and their management and fit-out. The course provides a general introduction to design and through a range of interdisciplinary and interior architecture specific studies affords a liberal and technical education. Students will explore the broad cultural and environmental issues associated with interior. The degree equips students with a range of critical and creative skills as well as specific technical expertise.
