The Master of Architecture combined with the Master of Construction Management positions students to be industry ready and have flexibility within the employment market. Structure

This variation is for students who have completed an undergraduate degree in Architecture. The first 100 points of the program will be a foundation year in Construction Management. All students completing the Master of Architecture/Master of Construction Management must complete at least one of the following construction specialisations: Building, Cost Management or Project Management. This sample plan shows the Building specialisation.

Standard entry requirements

  • A three-year undergraduate degree in Architecture with a weighted average mark (WAM) of at least 65% (University of Melbourne equivalent)
  • AndA Design Portfolio
  • AndAn Advanced Standing assessment form
  • AndA Personal Statement of up to 500 words outlining relevant prior study and work experience, and motivation to undertake the program
