Type of institution: University/Higher Education Institution
Studying this combined degree gives students more career flexibility and choices on graduation, as well as the opportunity to explore a range of subjects in-depth. Students complete a set of core units in economics, accounting, marketing and organisational behaviour, then choose two majors to complete (one from the Bachelor of Business, one from the Bachelor of Economics). Combined degrees are structured to enable students to graduate with two awards in a much shorter time than it would take to complete the two degrees individually. Each degree on its own is 3 years full-time study, but this combined degree is just 4 years full-time.
192 credit points (equivalent to 32 standard units) including core and a choice of elective units, and one Major each from the Bachelor of Business and the Bachelor of Economics.
