48 credit points at 400-level, including advanced course work, research methodology and a thesis.
Standard entry requirements
Entry is based on the UNE Bachelor of Computer Science or an equivalent bachelor qualification in a relevant discipline with a suitable GPA. English language requirements must also be met.
Recognition
The Bachelor of Computer Science with Honours is a separate award extending the Bachelor of Computer Science. The Bachelor of Computer Science has been granted Professional Level accreditation by the Australian Computer Society and, through the Seoul Accord, is recognised in other countries. Study pathways
Students may be eligible for credit (advanced standing) for previously completed studies. Please note: Advanced Standing cannot be granted for the thesis component of the course.
