Environmental engineers combine knowledge of chemistry, geomechanics, hydrology and land surface processes. By studying courses in environmental engineering and related fields, you will learn to develop sustainable engineering practices.

Structure

The Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours)/Bachelor of Environmental Engineering (Honours) is a five year program, students are required to complete a total of 400 units, which are comprised of: 360 units of core courses; 20 units of design core courses; 10 units of project core courses; 0-unit compulsory Industrial Experience; and 10 units of Environmental Engineering project core courses.

Recognition

The program is accredited by Engineers Australia. Graduates of this program are able to join as graduate members on completion, and as student members during studies.
