Master of Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing

With Australia experiencing a significant shortfall in mental health professionals and mental health becoming a critical priority across industries, there is an urgent need for leaders who can champion mental wellness within organisations and communities. This program builds on foundational knowledge to explore more complex aspects of mental health in organisational settings through engagement with evidence-based frameworks, policy development, and practical interventions that support psychological safety and resilience. Students will gain comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to identify, respond to, and manage mental health challenges in the workplace. Graduates will be empowered to lead initiatives that promote psychological wellbeing, build resilience, and foster a positive workplace culture - benefiting individuals, organisations, and the wider community.

Entry requirements

  • Admission to the program will be available for applicants who have: An AQF 7 Bachelors Degree (or equivalent)
  • or AQF 6 Associate Degree (or equivalent) + 2-year relevant organisational experience*
  • or At least 6 years relevant organisational experience*
  • or Successful completion of 75% of the Graduate Certificate in Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing (GCWMHW) Successful completion of 50% of the Graduate Diploma in Workplace Mental Health and Wellbeing (GCWMHW)
