Master of Music Studies - Composition

University of Sydney

This program provides the opportunity for advanced composition graduates and professional composers to extend their compositional skills and knowledge within a rigorous musical environment. It aims to develop compositional idiom, technology, instrumentation, performance genre and musical identity. There is a strong focus on independent development in technical practice and score preparation, as well as high-level critical analysis and interpretive ability.
