The Graduate Certificate in Not-for-Profit and Social Enterprise provides an introduction to social entrepreneurship and social innovation and develops skills and knowledge in the areas of financial management and funding. Structure

All students must complete a total of 24 credit points made up of four subjects, comprising two core subjects (12 credit points), and two specialist subjects (12 credit points). The course duration is one year of part-time study.

Standard entry requirements

  • Applicants must have completed a UTS recognised bachelor's degree, or an equivalent or higher qualification, or submitted other evidence of general and professional qualifications that demonstrates potential to pursue graduate studies. Applicants without a degree require eight years' full-time relevant work experience and evidence of a general capacity to undertake tertiary education. The English proficiency requirement for local applicants with international qualifications is: Academic IELTS: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0
