This program is designed for research-oriented individuals working in management positions in business, public service and non-profit organisations. It enhances students' research skills and develops their independent and critical thinking so they can contribute state-of-the-art knowledge through research in their chosen fields. Students write a thesis of up to 60,000 words. The thesis will normally focus on a topical and relevant business issue and is expected to make a significant contribution to the understanding of management or business issues, policies, strategies or practice.
Graduates in post graduate business administration or a cognate area
Five coursework units and a Doctoral thesis (total of 144 credit points)

This course is Student Contribution exempt for domestic students under the Research Training Scheme (RTS).
The Doctor of Business Administration can be completed in three years of full-time study, or the equivalent in part-time study.
