This program aims to provide students with an advanced and practical understanding of Chinese business laws and their relevant social, cultural and economic contexts. The course is formed by two (or three) intensive teaching periods with each period not exceeding two weeks. Part of the course will be taught in China to give students real access to the China experience. Thus, the course may not be taught in normal semesters and may exceed a normal six-month delivery timeframe.
The course consists of units to a total value of 24 points.

Standard entry requirements
- A relevant UWA bachelor degree with a weighted average mark of at least 60%, or equivalent
- Or a level of and duration of education as well as a minimum of 2 years of professional experience considered by the Faculty to be sufficient to permit satisfactory completion of the course
