This intensive one-year program enables potential senior managers to rapidly develop their business acumen and leadership skills through tailored modules, deep engagement with industry, teamwork assignments, case studies and a personalised leadership development module. It includes a suite of extra support to help students transform their career. They can access several initiatives including: dedicated Careers Services Manager and access to resources at the UWA Careers Centre, including advice, workshops, seminars and job listings; One-on-ones with a senior executive or senior manager mentor from a national or international company (up to 6 meetings per year); a Business Advisory Project working in a leading company on a real business issue; a domestic study tour, in which they can see company operations up close; direct contact with members of the Business School Board; Job Fairs, profiling top Western Australian employers; Case Club, facilitated by consultants from firms such as EY and The Boston Consulting Group; including Faculty guidance and support.

Entry Requirements:

UWA Bachelor degree or equivalent; meet English language competence requirements; Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) with a minimum score of 550; 3 years relevant, documented, professional experience or 2 years relevant, documented, professional experience plus GMAT score of at least 650; satisfactory Personal Statement; and two satisfactory references

Structure:

Students complete 12 units (comprising 9 core units and 3 option units). In addition, students undertake the non-assessed Leadership Development Program, one-on-one mentoring program, study tour in Western Australia's Pilbara region and various professional development seminars and workshops.
