Renewable Energy Engineering explores the best ways to use renewable energy technologies, including solar thermal systems, photovoltaics, wind and biomass. The faculty gets its structure and resources from many other areas of engineering to support learning in this growing industry. Students look beyond the sun as a source of energy, encompassing a wide range of technologies to address solar architecture and the design of energy efficient buildings and applicances.
