The scholarship was established to encourage students to undertake research into the diseases of ageing with the aim of improving the quality of life of the aged.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents who are undertaking a full-time honours degree in the Faculty of Medicine, studying diseases of ageing with the aim of improving the quality of life of the aged. Selection is based on academic merit, extracurricular achievements, contribution to the wider life of the university, and the reasons for undertaking the research.
