Structure

This professional development program is offered to individuals, who are seeking to develop and enhance their awareness and foundational understanding of skills to develop and improve in positive leadership. It is anticipated that the participants will be existing workers with a range of experiences in diverse workplace contexts. The program is delivered over two (2) half day workshops via an online platform, facilitator led delivery will provide an overview of platform being utilised and expectations of participation whilst ensuring any participant technology issues are addressed. This course will be facilitated via webinar or zoom scheduled times, including short videos, and electronic resources provided to participants and involves group discussions to support the key principles related to managing workplace relationships.
