Project management has become vital to the success of modern IT projects. This course aims to introduce you to the fundamentals of project management with specific application to IT projects. To this end, the Graduate Certificate in IT Project Management is based firmly on the international standard Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®), and specifically addresses contemporary issues in managing IT projects.On successful completion of this course, students will have skills and knowledge to work constructively in IT project management teams.
