This Scholarship has been founded by the son of George WH Lan and graduate of Western Sydney University, Dr Yi-Chen Lan. The Scholarship is in memory of Mr Lan and recognises his commitment to education. As a popular study destination for many local students from low socio-economic backgrounds, the vision of WS inspired Yi-Chen to provide a scholarship to enrich the student learning journey; to provide support to talented students; and to encourage them in their studies, dreams and aspirations.
