WS Opportunity Scholarship

Western Sydney University

The Opportunity Scholarship aims to assist individuals in the Greater Western Sydney region who face economic, social or other disadvantage which makes university participation very difficult.

Eligibility

Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; demonstrate financial or other hardship; currently reside in, or have completed their HSC, within the Greater Western Sydney region; demonstrate academic potential through a minimum ATAR of 80 or equivalent; and intend to enrol in any undergraduate degree at WS. Non-current school leaver applicants will be considered on the basis of work experience and educational qualifications.
