This program gives students a taste of what a hospitality career has to offer. It focuses on equipping students with the ability to provide excellent service. It will then deepen the student's knowledge of higher level hospitality concepts as well as generic business and management subjects with the aim of preparing the graduate for a fast changing global business environment in which hospitality and tourism is the largest and fastest growing industry.

Study pathways

Course Credit is available upon academic approval. Block Credit is available ensures quick and easy recognition of your previous studies. An AQF level 5 Diploma in an aligned field will be eligible for block credit of 80 credit points. An AQF level 6 Advanced Diploma in an aligned field will be eligible for block credit of 120 credit points.
