Established in 1985, Wingate Avenue Community Centre Inc is a Registered Training Organisation located in Ascot Vale, Melbourne. The centre offers a range of programs and services for people living and working in the local area. The Centre delivers three streams of English classes. These include up to 510 hours of free AMEP English classes through AMES; 800 hours of free SEE English classes through NMIT; Foundation English (Certificates of Spoken and Written English) funded through Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding. In addition, Wingate offers computer and cooking classes through ACFE Learn Local.
