This qualification is part of the Agriculture, Horticulture and Conservation and Land Management Training Package. It provides an occupational outcome in conservation and land management. Work would be carried out under general guidance and supervision. It enables individuals to select an Indigenous land management, conservation earthworks, lands, parks and wildlife or natural area management context as a job focus or a mix of these.

15 units: 2 core; 13 elective

Core: Participate in workplace health and safety processes; Participate in environmentally sustainable work practices. Electives: Recognise fauna; Assist with prescribed burning; Maintain cultural places; Carry out natural area restoration works; Protect and preserve incident scene; Conduct visual inspection of park facilities; plus more.

Established in 1977, Para Worklinks is a non-profit Registered Training Organisation. It aims to provide training and employment services to the Northern Adelaide community with a focus on the most disadvantaged, including the long term unemployed. Key training areas include horticulture, engineering, hospitality, retail and office administration. Para Worklinks is an approved Skills for All provider and also offers short courses in the areas of hospitality and construction.
