Workspace Training

This qualification is part of the Forest and Wood Products Training Package. It is designed for five employment pathways in the timber merchandising sector of the forest and forest products industry. These are: Customer service/sales assistant (retail or wholesale); Customer service officer; Sales and merchandising team leader; Sales and merchandising team leader (timber products); Timber advisor.
