After a crazy year, the HSC is finally over, and you made it! You should feel proud of yourself for your persistence in the face of unprecedented challenges.

Here are some things to consider.

Are you looking for a plain vanilla degree, or something a bit different?

Is the uni easy to get to?

Uni life is busy enough, so you’ll want to make things easier by choosing a centrally located campus with great public transport connections. Macquarie University, for example, is located in the economic powerhouse of Macquarie Park, is opposite Macquarie Shopping Centre and has its own metro station.

Will you get help to find a job once uni is finished?

You also want to think about life after university — when you’re ready to start your career. A lot of unis provide degrees, but no career support after you graduate.
