For the second year running, Deakin University is awarded five stars for Learning Resources in The Good Universities Guide. 92.2 per cent of Deakin students were satisfied with Learning Resources at their university, second only to private university Bond, (94.7 per cent) and seven points clear of the national average, (85.2 per cent). New analysis in The Good Universities Guide also reveals that Deakin's results for Learning Resources at a field of study level are the highest in the country for architecture and building, nursing, rehabilitation, social work, and tourism, hospitality and personal services.

Five-star field of study highlights

Deakin graduates rate their university's Learning Resources in the top 20 per cent of Australian institutions, with five-star results in 17 different fields of study. These include architecture and building, communications, computing and information systems, psychology, and rehabilitation. Deakin rated strongly across a broad range of fields, achieving five-stars in three or more measures in agriculture and environmental studies, architecture and building, creative arts, science and mathematics, social work, and teacher education, with nursing being particularly strong with six five-star measures.
