The Graduate Certificate in Religious Education is for qualified primary and secondary school teachers who want to teach religion. The course provides the basic certification, fundamental knowledge, skills and competencies needed to teach religious education. This course provides the necessary specialisation in religious education for entry to the Master of Religious Education course for those students with four years of tertiary study in education which do not include substantial successful study in religious education at the fourth year level.
