Students graduating with the Bachelor of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying are internationally recognised by RICS as well as the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). This program is also nationally accredited with the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), and meets the educational requirement set by the Queensland Building & Construction Commission (QBCC) for the granting of an Open Builders License.
