The Diploma of Built Environment provides a foundation for a career in various property sectors. This program enables students to specialise in either property, construction management and quantity surveying, or sustainable environments and planning.
Structure
Students will complete a total of eight subjects comprising Bond University Core subjects and discipline specific foundation subjects.
Subjects
- Students must complete four mandatory subjects, plus five elective subjects pertaining to the mainstream undergraduate program. The Diploma of Built Environment offers three sequencing plans depending on whether you are articulating in to the Bachelor of Sustainable Environments and Planning, Bachelor of Property or the Bachelor of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying.
Standard entry requirements
Completion of grade 12 or equivalent (OP 16 to 21/ATAR 58.20-45.25).
