The Undergraduate Certificate Introduction to Sustainable Business is a 6-month course that offers you the opportunity to upskill, reskill or retrain in business. Available 100%% online or on campus, this course will equip you with core business and accounting skills and give you a direct pathway into related higher education courses should you wish to continue studying. Apply by 26 February to save 20%% on course fees for 2021.* During this course you will learn about business communications and the professional skills required both in organisations and for higher education study. You can tailor the course, with the option to choose from a range of introductory units relating to management, accounting, marketing, entrepreneurship, economics or business analysis. This course is designed to support your learning needs and develop your study skills. On completing the Undergraduate Certificate Introduction to Sustainable Business, you'll be eligible to use the credits you've gained towards further study of a Bachelor-level degree in business or accounting, including:Bachelor of BusinessBachelor of Accounting Bachelor of Accounting/Diploma of LawsYou may also use this Undergraduate Certificate as a pathway for entry into a variety of other higher education courses.Advanced standing may be granted for some or all of the subjects you have successfully completed. Structure

  • This 40-credit point course consists of one (1) core and three (3) specialist elective units. This course includes a combination of introductory and first-year degree subjects, designed to help you gain core business knowledge and develop the necessary skills for successful university studies.A candidate must successfully complete units totalling 40 credit points (cp) as detailed below. Standard entry requirements

Successful completion of the Northern Territory Certificate of Education and Training (or equivalent). Successful completion of a national qualification at Certificate III level or higher. Successful completion of at least 0.5 year of full-time study (or equivalent) of a higher education degree/diploma. Overseas secondary or tertiary qualifications considered equivalent to the above Australian qualifications. Attainment of a STAT Multiple Choice score of 125 or higher. Successful completion of a recognised tertiary preparation course. Submission of an acceptable personal competencies statement and/or employment experience.
