AWAHS Mission is to provide and improve health outcomes for the local Aboriginal community with a range of culturally appropriate, flexible, reliable, professional and viable health and well being services, to strengthen, nurture, enhance and maintain the overall quality of life of community members.

Eligibility

Applicants must: be of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent; be commencing any course in the School of Community Health and School of Nursing, Midwifery & Indigenous Health; and reside within a 100km radius of Albury Wodonga. Selection is based on academic merit. Eligible courses include: Bachelor of Health and Rehabilitation Science; Bachelor of Speech and Language Pathology; Bachelor of Occupational Therapy; Bachelor of Physiotherapy; Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine; Bachelor of Nursing.
