Standard entry requirements
Specifically, applicants require a relevant degree with a semester weighted average (SWA) of 70 per cent or better or an equivalent qualification. Applicants with a SWA of less than 70 per cent will be required to undertake appropriate bridging units. Selection will be based on academic performance, the potential to undertake research, professional references and an interview. International applicants will be required to meet similar entry criteria. Students without prior studies in research methods and statistical data analysis will be required to undertake relevant preparatory units.
Applications for credit towards a course are assessed on an individual basis. Credit reduces the amount of learning required to complete the course and may be granted for formal education qualifications, non-formal learning from non-award programs of study and informal learning through work experiences.
