Transfering your previous study credits
The RTO must recognise the AQF Qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by any other RTO. This applies the assessment and management of applications for credit transfer.
The process of transferring credit from a previously obtained unit of competency into a unit of competency the student is enrolling into represents the granting of exemption or credit by Dynamic Training to students for units of competency completed under accredited training. These unit codes must identically match the units that you are applying for credit
Policypar Dynamic Training will promote the availability of Credit Transfer prior to enrolment and throughout the students study period.
Procedurepar 1.1 All students are provided with information about credit transfer at the enrolment and orientation process.
1.2 Students are to apply for a credit transfer through the credit transfer application at the commencement of course or as soon as possible
1.3 All applications are to be submitted to Administration and students are to provide original documents so that these can be sighted and copied by Administration and kept on file or provide a certified coloured copy or the original documents so that these can be sighted and copied.
1.4 If the course credit is granted, he/she will receive a pro-rata reduction in course duration and fees they are required to pay.
1.5 All students who apply for credit transfer will be provided with a letter confirming the outcome of their application
