This program will equip students with the practical skills and understanding to work effectively with people as a counsellor in a variety of areas of specialisation. These include community counselling organisations and teams such as drugs and alcohol, youth, women's health, family support, relationship counselling services and private practice.
Standard entry requirements
- Year 12 or equivalent with ATAR 60. Special Entry Requirements: Demonstrated ability to undertake study at this level
- Or work experience, and/or other formal, informal or non-formal study attempted and/or completed. For International applicants equivalent IELTS 6.5 (Academic) with no skills band less than 5.5.
