This is a research focused science degree for students who have a strong interest and passion for science and who have a desire to pursue a career in science research or industry in the Biological, Environmental or Earth Sciences, Chemistry, or Physics. You will be immersed in research from first year, engaging with world class researchers and facilities and will develop your research skills through years 2 and 3, leading to a substantial independent research project in your final year. Through the degree you will develop strong discipline knowledge, competence in practical, quantitative and research skills and be well prepared to undertake a PhD.

- You must be a current student completing Year 12 in Australia or a student returning from a gap year after completing Year 12 in Australia. Assumed Knowledge: Specialist Mathematics (Units 3 & 4, C)
- At least one of Agricultural Science, Biology, Chemistry, Earth and Environmental Science, or Marine Science (Units 3 & 4, C).
