Structure

To qualify for the award of Master of Professional Accounting (Extended), students must complete sixteen (16) units (200 credit points).

Entry requirements

  • Applicants are required to have completed one of the following
  • A recognised bachelor degree in any discipline
  • or a Graduate Certificate of Professional Accounting (for students without a recognised bachelor degree)
  • or completion of the Postgraduate Qualifying Program (International applicants only).

Recognition

The Master of Professional Accounting (Extended) is professionally accredited through CPA Australia and Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ), Graduates are therefore eligible to apply for membership of CPA Australia (CPA), Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA).
